Wooden Sculpture – Kay Bojesen – Danish Soldier with rifle

A lovely Danish soldier with rifle designed by Kaj Bojesen in Denmark, designed in the early 1940s. The soldier is 21.5 cm (8.6″) high and in excellent condition except from a glued crack on the arm that holds the rifle, see photos. It also has some slight fading in the color on the back. It is marked Kay Bojesen, copyright Denmark on the inside of its leg.
